Sharing & Tracking

Writing a document is only half the job. This section covers what happens after it is ready: getting it in front of your client, knowing when they have read it, and recording how the deal ended.

Guides in This Section

  1. Sharing a Document — Send a document as a link your client can open without logging in, and switch that link off again if you need to.

  2. Knowing When It’s Read — See when your client opened the document and how often, plus what the tracking can and cannot tell you.

  3. Deal Status — Track each proposal through Awaiting reply, Viewed, and on to Won or Lost.

💡 Tip

These three work together: sharing a document starts the tracking, opening it moves the status along, and you close it out yourself when the deal lands. Reading them in order takes about five minutes.
