Dashboard Overview — Your FlowEdge Command Center
Your FlowEdge dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you quick access to everything — your recent documents, activity, and all the tools you use to generate and manage business documents.
Quick Start Card
If you are a new user, the Quick Start card appears at the top of your dashboard. It walks you through the essential setup steps:
- Complete your profile information
- Set up your branding
- Generate your first document
Once you have completed these steps, the Quick Start card fades away, leaving more room for your recent work.
💡 Tip
Completing the Quick Start card takes about 5 minutes and sets you up for success. Your branding and profile details are used in every document you generate.
Recent Documents
Below the Quick Start card (or at the top, once you have completed setup), you will see your recent documents. This is a quick way to jump back into work:
- See the document name, type, and client
- Click on any document to open it in the editor
- See when each document was created or last edited
Activity Feed
The activity feed shows a timeline of recent actions in your account:
- Documents generated
- Documents edited
- Clients added
- Forms submitted
This gives you a quick overview of what has been happening in your FlowEdge workspace.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is your main navigation tool. Here is what each section does:

| Documents | View and manage all your documents |
| Clients | Manage your client list |
| Projects | View all projects |
| Forms | Build and manage intake forms |

✅ Best Practice
The Generate button in the sidebar is your fastest path to creating a new document. You can reach it from any page in FlowEdge.
Credit Balance
Your remaining document credits are displayed in the sidebar. This tells you how many documents you can generate before needing to top up or wait for your monthly refresh.
