Branding Your Documents
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Your brand is what makes your documents instantly recognizable. FlowEdge’s Branding settings let you apply your visual identity to every proposal, SOW, and contract you generate — automatically.
Logo Upload
Upload your business logo to have it appear on your documents. Your logo is displayed on:
- The document cover page
- Document headers
- PDF exports
Recommended formats: PNG or SVG with a transparent background. This ensures your logo looks clean against any background color.
File size: Keep your logo file under 2MB for optimal performance.
💡 Tip
Use a horizontal version of your logo if you have one. It fits better in document headers and cover pages.
Brand Colors
FlowEdge uses two brand colors throughout your documents:
Primary Color
Your main brand color. This is used for:
- Section headings
- Cover page accents
- Key visual elements
Accent Color
A complementary color that adds variety. This is used for:
- Subheadings
- Borders and dividers
- Highlighted elements
Use the color picker to select your colors, or type in a hex code (like #2563EB) for exact matching.
✅ Best Practice
Use your existing brand colors from your website or business cards. Consistency across all touchpoints builds trust and recognition with clients.
Font Selection
Choose a font that matches your brand personality. FlowEdge offers a selection of professional fonts suitable for business documents. Your selected font is applied to:
- Document headings
- Body text
- Cover page text
Footer Text
Add optional text that appears at the bottom of every page in your documents. Common uses include:
- Your website URL
- A company tagline
- Confidentiality notices
- Business registration numbers
Seeing Your Branding in Action
Your branding settings are applied every time you generate a new document. To see exactly how they look:
