Manage Your Subscription

Your FlowEdge subscription is fully flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Billing settings.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Here you will see your current plan, credit balance, billing history, and payment method.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you need more credits or features:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Confirm the change.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing is prorated β€” you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

Running low on credits mid-month? You can upgrade your plan for more monthly credits, or buy a pay-as-you-go credit pack to top up without changing plans.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you want to switch to a lower tier:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
  4. Confirm the change.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan’s features and credits until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After canceling:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You can still use remaining credits
  • Your documents, clients, and projects are preserved
  • You can resubscribe at any time

⚠️ Important

Canceling does not delete your account or documents. Everything is saved, and you can come back and resubscribe whenever you are ready.

Refund Policy

FlowEdge aims to be fair with refunds:

  • Unused billing periods β€” If you cancel within the first few days of a new billing cycle and have not used credits, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Credit packs β€” Pay-as-you-go credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
  • Contact support β€” For specific refund questions, reach out to the FlowEdge support team.

Updating Your Payment Method

To change your payment card:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card details.
  4. Save your changes.

Your next billing charge will use the updated payment method.

Viewing Billing History

Your Billing page includes a history of all charges:

  • Subscription payments
  • Credit pack purchases
  • Plan changes

This history is useful for expense tracking and business accounting.
